WHAT WE DO
We're dedicated entirely to helping kids of all ages get their dream medical career.
We work together with underprivileged children members of our community to help them change the world. Alongside, we strive to educate our local students who want to be enriched in the Medical field. We provide opportunities, tutor, workshops and feature guest speakers for free for our members to prosper in the medical field.
OUR GOAL
We want to empower Gen Z.
Our goal is to encourage and motivate the everyday woman by giving her the tools to overcome everyday challenges and meet women who have faced and overcome the same challenges. By helping one another, women can transform not only our peers but the world.​

We hope that with Med Girls, you feel more motivated than ever to be in the medical field. It can obviously be hard to grow up in a world that focuses to a patriarch side, and depends on them to run the world. But with Med Girls, we want to encourage any women of any age and any race to take on their career with full confidence and not have to look back on their past.

When women feel confident about themselves, their worthiness, and their intelligence, they can go into the world and express themselves without intimidation. We believe there’s no better time than now.

Our team is made up of the most dedicated students.
We encourage and work together to run Med Girls, and we believe hard work is the key! With more members joining everyday from different parts of the world, we work to create an environment fit for all types of people who are invested in our mission. With the executive team being so diverse and spread out on what each person can offer, we hope that you also find a place in our organization.
Our founder, Aditi Kumar, has taken the initiative to start a new chapter for young women around the world. It has always been her dream to become a doctor, and open a free hospital for the needy. She hopes that with Med Girls, she will be able to help and reach out to more girls than ever and also inspire them to revolutionize the Medical career. With the help of her team, she aims to spread the work and learn more about how she can change the workforce and make it more open to women.
